Billing and Payment Gateway Update
We have completed an important upgrade to the GoldieTech Nodes billing platform. This includes moving our Stripe and PayPal integrations to their latest supported systems while retaining FLUX as a payment option.
Do I need to take action?
Most customers do not need to take immediate action. If your next automatic payment succeeds normally, there is nothing further to do.
Paying by Stripe
Existing securely tokenised cards should continue working.
If your payment fails or your account reports that no payment method is available:
-
Sign in to the Client Area.
-
Go to Billing → Payment Methods.
-
Add or update your payment card.
-
Open the unpaid invoice and click Pay Now.
Some banks may also require you to complete an additional authentication step.
Never send card numbers or security codes through email or a support ticket.
Paying by PayPal
We have replaced our legacy PayPal integration with the latest PayPal Payments system.
Existing arrangements will transition gradually. When making your next PayPal payment, you may be asked to authorise PayPal again.
PayPal may send a notification saying that an old subscription was cancelled as part of this transition. This is expected and does not, by itself, mean that your GoldieTech Nodes service has been cancelled. Please check the corresponding invoice in the Client Area to confirm whether payment is required.
Paying with FLUX
FLUX continues to be available as a manual payment method.
Open your invoice, select Flux Payment and use the displayed Zelcore payment link or icon. Verify the wallet address and current FLUX amount before sending, and include the invoice reference number in the payment memo.
Always use the amount displayed immediately before sending because the exchange rate may change.
Getting help
If you experience a payment problem, open a support ticket containing:
-
Your invoice number
-
The payment method you attempted
-
The displayed error message, if applicable
Do not include card details, PayPal credentials, wallet private keys or recovery phrases.
